That’s why Yeatei has evolved into a curated events and social space. A place where we bring together karaoke, themed nights and shared experiences, alongside affordable drinks and light snacks.

Our name comes from yeet hay, a Chinese phrase that captures that rich, indulgent feeling, the kind you get when you let go and fully enjoy yourself.

Our mission remains the same: to create something vibrant, social and a little different. A space to try something new, meet new people and enjoy it all together.

Our Steam room (conversatory) can hold up to 12 guests and our party area can hold up to another 12 guests, combined, this area, can hold up to 25 guests.

Our meat is halal, though we also handle pork in our kitchen; we can try to separate processes when cooking, and this must be requested when ordering.
We are proudly independent and this is our current only restaurant in Harpenden.
